FAQs
Where is it?
The venue is a campground in San Gregorio, California. It’s less than an hour's drive from both the San Francisco and San Jose International Airports.
Do I need to book accommodation?
Lodging is included at the campground Friday night through Monday morning.
If you are traveling internationally and want to arrive a day early to account for jet lag, then we recommend booking your own accommodation for Thursday night somewhere in the San Francisco Bay Area.
What is the accommodation like?
The campground has a lodge and cabins with bunk beds. You will be sharing a cabin with other guests. Showers and bathrooms are in separate buildings. Please see map. The lodge has bathrooms and a kitchen, so these spots will be given to families with small children and people with mobility issues. There will be a place on your RSVP form to indicate if you need a spot in the lodge.
How do I get from the airport to the venue?
If you are arriving from out of town, you will need to rent a car. Parking space is limited so we recommend coordinating your flight with other guests so you can share a rental car.
Is there parking available on-site?
Parking is available but limited. Please indicate on your RSVP if you are able to give other guests a ride, or if you need a ride and we can help everyone arrange carpools.
How do I get around the campground?
You can walk to most areas of the grounds in under 15 minutes. For those with mobility issues, we’ll have golf carts and volunteers to drive you to where you want to go.
Can I bring my own tent?
Yes! If you would prefer the privacy of your own tent, there is plenty of space to tent camp.
What do I need to bring?
If you are local to the Bay Area and won’t be traveling far, we request that you bring your own bedding (sheet, pillow, and blanket) to reduce waste.
There is a pool, so swimwear is recommended.
